The full WAGNER range of H126, H226 and H326 TempSpray heated hose accessories are available from Paintshack. The TempSpray hoses heat the paint with a controlled temperature range from 20° to 60°C and can be used with all WAGNER airless sprayers systems.

The benefits of heating paint before spraying include:

• Soft spray pattern and optimised atomisation for a perfect finish
• Reduced Overspray
• Saving paint as there is less spray mist
• Reduced pressure resulting in less wear and tear on the airless paint sprayer
• Constant paint temperature, even when spraying in cold outside temperatures
• Excellent edge and coverage

If paints are too thick, the result is an irregular spray pattern and poor paint application. To make coating materials sprayable they usually have to be diluted.

Heating the paint with a WAGNER TempSpray heated hose system has the same effect: viscosity is reduced, improving the application of the material and reducing the required spray pressure.
