Who are we?

We are Steve and Colin Decorators with over 40 years experience between us. We like using the very best paints and giving the customer the very best product for their house.

Paintshack has been created because of the overwhelming interest in Caparol paints in the UK. Between us we have been using and selling Caparol for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the results. We started using Caparol because we were always looking for that something extra. Caparol is made in Germany and is at the forefront of the need to reduce the use of oil and toxins within domestic and commercial paint products. Other global paint manufacturers are playing catch up to Caparol, as through extensive R and D investment Caparol have not only created a lower polluting paint but have been able to improve its overall quality on application. Not surprisingly Caparol is the number one paint manufacturer in Germany and one of the leaders in many other mainland European countries. 

The news of how good this paint was soon spread and we have been selling it ever since to homeowners who love the subtle pastel colour and finish of Indeko-plus in there living rooms or the hard wearing Amphibolin in there halls and bathrooms. 

Our client list is extensive and includes Decorators, Hotels, Museums and Schools.
