ISOLAC ALL-PRIMER is a next-generation, white, acrylic water-based primer formulated to provide ultimate adhesion for subsequent coats of paint over interior or exterior glossy, non-absorbent surfaces where common primers would fail. It can be overcoated with emulsion or acrylic paints, the ISOLAC-AQUA ECO water-based enamels, or the solvent-based enamels from the ISOLAC range. It provides easy, low-odor application while delivering uniform hiding power, effectively blocking old stains.

Fields of application ISOLAC ALL-PRIMER is suitable for interior and exterior use on non-absorbent surfaces, including aluminum, galvanized metal, stainless steel, copper, glass, uPVC, polyester, tiles, fiberglass, and surfaces previously painted with enamels. It can also be applied to absorbent surfaces such as wood, marine plywood, chipboard, and MDF.

Application ISOLAC ALL-PRIMER is applied in one or two coats, thinned 5-10% with clean water for application by brush or roller, or 10-15% for airless spray application. In the event a second coat is required, it is applied 6 h after the first one, providing it has dried completely. Once the primed surface is completely dry, it should be smoothed down with sandpaper and then thoroughly cleaned from dust. Temperature during application and drying of the primer should range between +10°C and +35°C. The surface can be painted with emulsion and acrylic paints or the ISOLAC-AQUA ECO waterbased enamels after 24 hours or with a solventbased enamel from the ISOLAC range after 48 hours. These times vary depending on the weather conditions (temperature and humidity).
